How to Complete Your Biometric Screening for Rally Wellness Rewards
Step 1: Make an appointment with your physician for your physical.
Step 2: Download the Physicians Results Form and bring it with you to your doctor’s appointment.
- Visit: www.rallyengage.com/landing/client/american_greetings
- Login to Rally
- Navigate to the “Explore Page"
- Find the Rewardable Activities and click "View All"
- Find the Biometric Screening tile and click “Schedule Now” This will take you to the LetsGetChecked registration site to sign up for your appointment/download form.

What is a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)?
Associates in the Traditional Plan are automatically enrolled in an HRA, where pretax dollars (earned by completing Rally activities) can be used to pay for eligible medical, dental and vision expenses.
Any unused money in your account at the end of the year is forfeited. Check your balance regularly and plan to use all your money.
Expenses must be incurred between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024. You have until March 31, 2025, to file for reimbursements.

If you've had a Biometric Screening and Physical Exam since 1/1/2023, and have earned Rally Rewards in 2024 your rewards will roll over into 2024 once you log into Rally in 2025.
Exams rolling over to the Rally Rewards Program will display as being completed on December 31st of the year of completion by default. 12/31/YYYY. i.e. If you completed your exam in 2022, your exam will display as 12/31/2022 in Rally regardless of the actual date of completion.
If you have completed a physical exam and biometric screening prior to 1/1/2025 and are not getting Rally rewards (because you are a new hire), you can file an appeal to receive the credit by emailing HRServices@amgreetings.com with your information (name, associate number, date of exam and brief explanation of why you are appealing).
